1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ShiftMate mobile application, WebApp, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service & Beta Disclaimer

ShiftMate provides schedule coordination, shift entry, Golden Slot calculations, and hangout planning. The service is currently in active Beta development. Features may change or update periodically.

3. Subscriptions, Free Trials & Billing

ShiftMate offers a Free plan and ShiftMate Pro subscription options (Monthly and Annual). The 7-Day Free Trial is strictly available on the Annual plan only. Subscriptions are billed through RevenueCat, Apple App Store, or Google Play Store. You may cancel at any time prior to renewal in your respective store settings.

4. AI Features & Rota Scanner

The in-app AI Assistant and AI Rota Scanner are powered by Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini 2.5 Flash). Users are responsible for verifying extracted shifts against their official workplace rosters before committing schedules to memory.

5. Account Deletion & Termination

You may delete your account and all associated schedule data at any time directly in the app settings (Delete Account). Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
